Fabi, Owner & Administrator
Fabi is the owner and administrator of our Adult Family Home and brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and caregiving. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to caring for seniors and individuals who require compassionate support, developing both the professional expertise and personal understanding needed to provide exceptional care. Her experience has allowed her to work closely with residents and their families, helping them navigate the challenges that often come with aging while ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
For Fabi, caregiving has always been much more than a profession—it is a lifelong passion and calling. She believes that every senior deserves to live in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where they feel valued, heard, and cared for as an individual. Her philosophy centers on providing personalized care that supports not only a resident's physical health, but also their emotional well-being, independence, and overall quality of life. Co-owner Jose Negrete brings a strong background in accounting and small business management, helping oversee the operational and financial aspects of the home. His experience and leadership contribute to maintaining a stable, well-organized environment where residents can receive consistent, high-quality care. As a family-oriented individual, Jose is deeply committed to creating a home where residents are treated with the same respect, dignity, and compassion that he would want for his own loved ones. His hands-on involvement and dedication help ensure that every resident feels valued, supported, and truly at home.
Rosana Negrete, our Marketing and Events Director, plays an important role in fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere within the home. She helps coordinate activities, celebrations, and special events that encourage social connection and meaningful experiences for residents. While she oversees community outreach and marketing efforts, her primary role is as a devoted mother to her daughter, Sofia. Rosana is also present on a weekly basis to spend meaningful time within the home, supporting residents and contributing to the warm, family-centered environment we strive to maintain. Her compassionate nature and commitment to building relationships help create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors alike.
A special part of our home's family-centered culture is Sofia, Jose and Rosana's energetic 10-month-old daughter. Residents delight in watching Sofia grow, learn, and explore the world around her. Full of curiosity and smiles, Sofia enjoys eating just about everything she can get her hands on, playing with her favorite toys, and zooming around in her walker as she learns the exciting skill of walking. She loves joining her family on neighborhood strolls and spending time with her beloved dogs, who are her favorite playmates. Sofia's joyful presence brings laughter, warmth, and a sense of connection to the home, creating special moments that residents often cherish. Her interactions help foster an atmosphere that feels less like a facility and more like an extended family, where multiple generations can share in life's simple joys together.
Maira Negrete serves as our Community Engagement Director, Human Resources Coordinator, and Office Administrator. She is instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community. Maira also plays a key role in overseeing resident dining experiences, helping ensure meals are enjoyable, nutritious, and tailored to residents' needs and preferences.
Together with our caregiving staff, our leadership team works collaboratively to create a warm, family-centered environment where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home. Through open communication, attentive care, and a shared commitment to excellence, we strive to provide families with peace of mind and residents with the highest quality of life possible.
